ReBinder Original Ring Mechanism

Great product, terrible shipping!

Rating I specifically ordered products from this company because I have used the products before and I liked them a lot. And, while I am happy with the products themselves, I am very very unhappy with the shipping. I received the first box in my order within a week. But, the second box never showed up. After inquiring with Fed Ex (thinking it was an issue with delivery), I was told they never got a second box to ship. So, I called Guided and was treated flippantly – as if this happens all the time and I was being burdensome by asking to ship the order that I had already paid for. The person on the phone almost made me pay for additional shipping to get my package! After my conversation, I received no confirmation that the box was actually shipped until I contacted the company again to get a tracking number.
Yes, these products are great and I will still use them and you should too – just keep an eye on your order after you place it.

Rating We ordered a combo pack for our small business so that we could sample ReBinder. We're so glad that we did!
These binders are sturdy & well-made. Furthermore, they actually feel good in the hand when taking them off the shelf -- not slimy and sticky like our plastic binders!
