Customer Reviews / Recycled CD Sleeves
Worked great for screenprinting
Review by Alex
I ordered these sleeves to use for the CD release of my album. We screenprinted our own artwork and it came out really nicely, I love the color & character of the cardboard and they were by far the best price I could find on plain cardboard sleeves. I don't mind the embossed logo (especially since it advetises "Made in USA" which I'm proud of) but I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I think it would be more responsible of Guided to make it clear on the product page that their logo is embossed on the back, and that the sleeves' opening is at the top rather than the side. Again, these things weren't at all a problem for me, but I think it would be better if those details were made clear to all prospective purchasers.

I love these sleeves and do not mind the embossed logo at all! I don't mind letting people know where my packaging comes from. So very happy to have found this product!!!

Got these for some homemade CDs for my band. Handpainted them and they look great! Perfect for my needs. Inexpensive, durable, customizable. A good deal!

Promp deliver within one week to New Zealand. As described. Reasonable price. Very stylish simple and robust design and i like the perforated fold edges. My only hesitation is the embossed logo. It didn't bother me as much as some of your reviewers but I wonder if a smaller or more subtle embossing would trouble your customers less and also be more 'cool' from a point of view of your brand. A printed logo however would be worse. Thank you again for the prompt delivery and I like very much your recycled card ethos.

Good quality, but why the embossing?
Review by Al
The sleeves look great, and appear to be of great quality. But I was very disappointed by the very prominent embossing of your companies logo on the back of the cover.
I've already paid for these, I don't want to advertise you! It makes the cases look cheap and tacky, and it's much harder to put artwork/stamps on the back. They can't really be used for anything bordering on professional because of this.
Would not buy again, unless they can get rid of the embossing.

Distracting brand on the back
Review by ReturningThis
Wow, how horribly misleading this is. No where in the product images show you what is on the back until you have opened the package to see for yourself. A giant logo is not something I asked for.

We used these for our band's EP and they are perfect. As for the large band--we just made that the back and planned our ink accordingly. We screen printed both sides--took ink wonderfully and looks beautiful! Love getting to be green and look good too!! We will order again in the future!

We received these and they were everything we hoped they would be. We ordered custom stickers and put them on the sleeves, then inserted our custom printed CDs. We are thrilled that they are made from 100% recycled materials. Bonus: great customer service too!
Will order again for sure!

Just what I needed
Review by Dan
I used the sleeves to create the physical copies of my album. Rebinder sent them to my apartment very quick, and I had no issues with the sleeves themselves.
Here is a link to the finished product.

Just what we wanted
Review by Melissa S.
We also used these for our wedding favors. We simply tied a ribbon around them and stamped them with a "Thank You for Coming."

Review by Kristina
These CD Sleeves were perfect for my Photography Business. I needed something simple and in the kraft color family. They were shipped extremely fast. Others have mentioned how huge the imprint is on it so I expected that but it was very small and it didn't impact my presentation of product at all. In fact I don't mind people knowing that I purchase recycled products.

awesome awesome awesome
Review by cartography band mi
These sleeve no views are definitely the perfect answer for what we were doing. Just an EP for a band (www.makingthemap.net) Using a stamp worked excellent and the sleeves fit nicely, snugly and safely.
For bands, keep in mind the lack of a sleeve with a spine, radio stations don't use anything but jewel cases on shelves.
Also, there is an embossed logo that is a little larger than it probably needs to be but it didn't mess with our stamping at all.

different coloring than as pictured
Review by Photog
I love the folded CD case they offer, but the sleeve has a weird copper color instead of a nice krafty look. It just doesn't have the same feel to the other CD cases.

i agree with Wildflowerpower ... the brand is huge and annoying also the huge perforated edges on the side are very ugly.
these sleeves are good for passing out free crap or for storage but definitely NOT FOR PROFESSIONAL COMMERCIAL USE.

The giant "Rebinder" imprint is a bit annoying. I understand everyone has to brand and market, but make the logo MUCH (ironic) smaller and in ink.
It kinda got in the way of the custom stamp we ordered to plop down the track list of our 5 song EP.

My brother and sister in law introduced me to the recycled disk holders that they were using for their photography business. I just fell in love with them and had to get some for myself. So much classier that a plastic sleeve! Great price and FAST shiping!!

Everything We Expected!
Review by BlairHatz
The CD sleeves showed up on time, were in great condition, and the quality of the recycled stock was everything we'd hoped for and more! I've already recommended you to a few others in the Phoenix, AZ area who wanted to know where we got the sleeves. They were a big hit at an event called Ignite Phoenix, where (1,000) people were able to experience the greatness of a Rebinder CD sleeve. Thanks again for coming through on such short notice! Great customer service and an awesome product!

pretty good stuff
Review by lynn
this was everything i had hoped for basically. but one thing that i wish that this didnt have was the imprints on the back of the case. a recycled text and recycle logo is fine but since im giving these away as finished products (part of another package), its a little unprofessional to have a rebinder logo text on it in my opinion.

We have been using the product for our personal sales and for mail out proposals and they have been well received and worked as a great sales pitch for the packaging as well as the product that we created inside. I would definatly use rebinder again for CD Sleeves and our other upcoming projects. Thanks again.
