Guided Shipping Policy

Backed by more than 35 years experience delivering parcels across the world, Guided entrusts all domestic small package shipping to the capable hands of FedEx. Our global clients receive their orders through the trustworthy USPS Priority International.

We offer everyday free shipping via FedEx Ground shipping on all orders over $75 that are mailed within the continental U.S. Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, number of packages, distance and delivery method.

International orders may incur import duties or third party brokerage fees that are beyond our control. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Same-day shipping is available for orders received Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, by noon Pacific Standard Time. Orders placed after noon ship the next day. If there is a delay in processing your order beyond two business days, we will get in touch to discuss options.
